Mr. Foo Onn Fah

Founder & Chairman of Vibronex, Green Tech & Health Management Expert

Mr. Foo is a visionary entrepreneur who has dedicated his life to environmental conservation and health management. He firmly believes that technology should serve the harmonious coexistence of humanity and nature. In 2015, he founded Vibronex, personally leading the product design, scientific research, and business development of low-frequency wave technology. His goal is to help urban dwellers improve and maintain their health through the safe and highly effective low-frequency wave product, Vnex®.

A graduate of Singapore Polytechnic, Mr. Foo has deeply immersed himself in the field of low-frequency electromagnetic wave technology for over two decades. In 2001, he co-founded Ecospec in Singapore, a leading multinational enterprise focused on eco-friendly applications of low-frequency waves, utilizing non-chemical methods for industrial water treatment and energy conservation. Ecospec is not only an authoritative institution recognized by the Singapore government but also maintains close scientific research collaborations with the National University of Singapore (NUS). The company holds over 30 international patents worldwide and has received numerous environmental awards, with its products widely implemented in cooling water systems, corrosion control, and marine ballast water treatment.

Prior to committing himself to low-frequency water treatment technology, Mr. Foo had already achieved substantial commercial success in the Greater China region. In 1992, he founded Neonlite Electronic & Lighting (HK) Ltd., successfully building "MEGAMAN®" into one of the world's top three lighting brands, with products marketed in more than 90 countries globally.

As an Honorary Citizen of Xiamen and the former Vice President of the China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, Mr. Foo remains true to his original aspiration of "reshaping health through technology." He has seamlessly adapted the "low-frequency wave water activation technology"—which has been maturely applied in the industrial sector for the past twenty years—into a household technology designed to safeguard human health, inspiring and empowering more people to live healthy and joyful lives.
