Vibronex (HK) Biotechnology Limited provides One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty for all product commencing the date of purchase under the following conditions:

NOTE: The collection, management and storage of the customer information provided are complied with the Hong Kong SAR Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

1. To prevent parallel goods or stolen goods be delivered to us for service, customer must present the original purchase invoice when service is rendered. Photo or facsimile copy of invoice will not be accepted.

2. For any defect, in the judgment of technician, caused under normal use, responsible for repairing the product, and / or replacing parts free of charge during the One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty period.

3. The warranty is null and void in the following cases:
   －Factitious damage, remissness, file, flood, any other inorganic or operation which is not specified on the user’s manual.
   －The product has not been maintained or operated in accordance with the instruction furnished, the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
   －Abnormal worn-out or broken.
   －The purchase invoice is lost, misplaced, amended or without date of purchase in the invoice.
   －The warranty period has expired on the date the service is required.

4. This warranty is valid for Hong Kong and Overseas customers.

5. This warranty is valid for Vnex® products only.

6. Customer is responsible for the freight incurred when returning the product.

7. Any defective parts, which has been replaced, shall be Vibronex property, no matter during or after warranty period.

8. Handling fee will be charged for technical inspection and testing is required for out of warranty product. Additional parts replacement will be levied as indicated by the manufacturer.

9. No On-site service for installation, checking, repairing or product exchange.

10. Vibronex Reserve all rights to amend the above terms and conditions without further notice.
